The command load replace terminal can be used to copy a configuration from a text file to a Juniper device.
After executing this command the router will start accepting configuration data via the paste option.
To exit this mode use the CTRL-D or ^D, this will exit from the terminal mode and return back to device prompt.
Example Follows:
root@gw-srx-01# load replace terminal [Type ^D at a new line to end input] interfaces { reth0 { redundant-ether-options { redundancy-group 1; } unit 0 { family inet { filter { input INPUT_RETH0.0_Filter; } address 10.0.0.1/24; } } } reth1 { redundant-ether-options { redundancy-group 1; } unit 0 { family inet { address 192.168.0.1/24; } } } } ^D load complete [edit] root@gw-srx-01# commit
